The days of the "blank slate" therapist are fading. (Huzzah!) When I sit down with someone to do this work of holding story, experience, secret, suffering, or questions, I do it with my whole personhood. I don't leave my humanity outside of that space because it is so important to feel authentically connected, witnessed, and held.
I bring a depth of knowledge, warmth, creativity and humor to the therapeutic process that holds your healing at the very center. In a world that continues to choose sterile, efficient, and automated processes, I see therapy as a place for the messy, authentic, and vast parts of you to be explored- that is the path I hope to walk with you.

I use an anti-oppressive rate structure for those desiring a sliding scale fee. You are always invited to ask about fee flexibility. I maintain a limited number of spots due to cost of living, but my desire is sustainability for all.
